People Smart Training for People-First Professions:

People-First Professionals like educators, social workers, lawyers, medical and mental health professionals, etc. all have one thing in common: their work cannot succeed if they are not able to connect with others on a human level. The People Smart Summer Series features a specific people-oriented training focus each year. Each workshop centers on a different professional group and gives those professionals the opportunity to learn about a people-smart topic, discuss its applications in their specific field, and put the concepts into practical application for the needs of their students/clients. Teacher Specific Training: 

TILI Ok was started by an instructional leader in a Tulsa area school district to build instructional leadership capacity in Oklahoma schools. In addition to the People Smart series which reaches educators as well as professionals across a number of people-oriented professions, TILI offers professional consultation for school districts looking to deepen instructional leadership capacity by developing Professional Development plans around a balance of content specific trainings and people-oriented trainings.
